HDS is excited to announce the expansion of our nursing services, with the introduction of Clinical Care Plans and Continence Assessments.

With upcoming changes to provider compliance, many participants and providers will require clear, compliant clinical care plans.

Our highly experienced Registered Nurse can develop and implement person-centred care plans for supports including:

• PEG feeding,
• bowel care,
• seizure management,
• catheter care,
• wound management,
• subcutaneous injections, and more.

All our Care Plans are aligned to:

• NDIS Practice Standards
• High Intensity Support Skills Descriptors
• Module 1 Compliance Requirements

HDS has been providing clinical care for our own participants for many years. For the first time, we are excited to offer this service to external participants and providers who need expert guidance and support

We are also now offering Continence Assessments, which can assist participants in demonstrating support needs during NDIS funding reviews.

These can assist with:

• Identifying support needs
• Product recommendations
• NDIS funding quotes
• Improved quality of life
